I have seen Fell a few times over the past year and every time I watch her, I notice another area where she has grown. She has always had the physical tools as she is tall and athletic. However, at the Stock Up Showcase, she also showcased how explosive, quick, and just how well she moves both offensively and defensively. She was hands down one of the best blockers in the gym. Her ability to read hitters, close blocks, and make an impact at the net really stood out.

In a point-to-point race, Lydia Fell Lydia Fell 6'1" | MB/RS St. Peter | 2028 State MN was up with the top middles through the exhibition. She always got herself in position to make a play before the ball crossed the tape, read the setter well, and moved with ease along the net. Fell played with confidence, showing she could compete with some of the best middle blockers on the floor, whether sealing the block or being aggressive in the quick game. ~Theresa@prepdigdakotas

Fell is a long, athletic middle who uses her length, speed, and power to be a strong presence at the net. She has a solid arm snap and quick reach that allow her to attack with authority. Additionally, she demonstrates excellent reactions in fast-paced situations and strong overall court awareness which make her a middle on the rise that we can’t wait to see more of.
