High School Season Highlights: 2nd Team All-Conference, IHSVCA All-Star Team 1A/2A Juniors, Sectional Champs, Regional 2nd Place. Lydia led her Tecumseh H.S. varsity squad in both total digs and digs per set as the libero, ending up with 392 and 3.8, respectively. She was also third on the team in assists and fourth in total aces.

I watched some film of Lydia form H.S. season and she does a good job of always moving from base to defense to covering, plus she can definitely dig the hard driven ball and run down off-speed shots from left back. She looks to have a good serve that often takes opponents out of system and she certainly has great energy on the court. To add to her current skill set, I look for her to get tons of reps in serve receive against some great older players throughout the club season.
