Bottom hopes to have a solid ending to her playing career during club season after a solid senior season for the Bluebirds. Bottom excelled in the middle on the short sets. Bottom smacked them hard to the back row on one play, then softly pushed them to the side on the next play. Bottom is a big reason why the Bluebirds have reached 25 wins for the third time since 2019. She gives the Bluebirds a solid hitting option in the middle with solid swings and helps disrupt things at the net with timely blocking. Bottom helps create a number of one-on-one opportunities for her teammates. Bottom even tries to dig up balls with one arm when needed. She has good line drives on her serves. Bottom has 171 kills, 56 assisted blocks, 14 solo blocks and 30 aces on the season.

Bottom burst onto the scene giving the Bluebirds a strong presence at the net last season. Bottom uses her size well using good timing to perform solid double and triple blocks. The coaching staff has worked with her to be a more consistent hitter. She is tough to defend on the quickies in the middle constantly showing the ability to place balls away from solid defenders. Bottom also makes crisp passes on defense. Bottom had 64 assisted blocks, 12 solo blocks and 103 kills for Highlands last year helping the Bluebirds to a 20-16 record, a seventh straight 36th District championship and a spot in the 9th Region Tournament.
