Previous rank: #68Why the rise? A 6’1” six-rotation outside hitter, King’s dominant play for Burns High School this past season was hard to miss. She was an invaluable piece to the Hilanders 3A State championship. She was given Eastern Oregon First Team All-League and 3A All-State Honorable Mention nods for her impressive play. With a high reach on the ball, she is diligent about placement and racks up kills all over the court with her multitude of attacking angles. King has all the makings of being a top 2024 recruit from the state of Oregon. Where she will play is yet to be determined.

King, an outside hitter and 3A Eastern Oregon Conference First-Team recipient for her play at Burns this past fall, is a solid all-around athlete. In the back row, King is steady on defense and serve receive, using her excellent control and technique to put up great passes. Perhaps most impressively, King brings her quick arm swing and versatile attacking arsenal to the front row pins, where she manages to put the ball away consistently. King will be a huge attribute for her COVC team this season.

King, an outside hitter for the Burns Hilanders, was named the 3A Eastern Oregon all-league Co-Player of the Year and was listed on the all-state first team. King is a stellar all-around player, made clear by her 325 kills and 81 aces last season. She turns the ball down the line so effortlessly when attacking, and on serve receive she is controlled and steady. King played for the COVC 18-1 team last season, where she racked up points from the outside. With only one more year at Burns, King will be dominant for the Hilanders.
