Joswick continues to be a big-time winner, RVC Kari finished in second place in the 16 Division. The Central Valley libero plays every play with grit and a steely focus, there is no panic in her game. Great fundamentals with her platform and positioning make for effortless passing, Joswick is also creating opportunities as a playmaker who covers sideline to sideline.

The Renovators 16 Kari libero continues to grow in her defensive role. Joswick shows a natural talent for angling her platform to deliver the most accurate pass possible, and will make sure she has her hips at target. She fought off hard shots down the line, and covered the middle tip- either running through or getting in the ground to dig it out. RVC Kari posted two wins on Sunday versus NPJ and WVBA behind her excellent defensive work. Joswick is beginning to assert herself, cutting off serves and shots out of her initial zone, and delivering a good pass when she does.

Joswick may post the highlight reel kills and blocks as the libero for her team, but she is arguably its most important player. Her serve receive is outstanding, and that lets the dynamic attackers go to work. Teams attempted a few short serves on her over the weekend, she read the serves easily and has the quick feet and ability to deliver a pass accurately to her setters. Joswick has worked hard on her tempo passing free balls and her second ball setting, both were excellent at Spike Storm. She showed an excellent feel for set location delivering accurately with her platform to both sides of the floor. Joswick has a calm and determined presence on the floor, she never panics or seems to feel the pressure in a big moment.

Super strong in serve receive, Joswick has the ability to squeeze down the court for her RVC 16 Kari team. Her fundamentals and technical work with her platform are outstanding, and this season her decisiveness and movement is through the roof. Joswick ran the libero spot all season for Central Valley, and garnered all-league honorable mention honors. The full time spot translated into a high level read of the game, it’s visible as she rushes in to cover a tip or makes a move to dive into the seam and dig out the ball.

Joswick is outstanding in serve receive, she has a good platform and can angle the ball to give her setter a pass to handle. Central Valley relied on Joswick to control the back row this season, and the sophomore stepped up with an All-GSL Honorable Mention season. Quick to the ball, another solid club season with RVC should cement her place as one of the top liberos on the Eastside of the state for 2025.
