Volkman is a competitor with a heavy arm swing and terrific range as an attacker. The 2028 prospect from Puyallup was racking up kills from both pins for Dakine at the Matt Hartner; she made life difficult on defenders with her hard-angle swings in particular. She works hard as a defender in the middle back and is an accurate passer, helping Dakine stay in system offensively. Volkman is the #3 outside in the updated rankings.
