At Torrance High School, she wears jersey #1 for the Tartars’ varsity girls volleyball team, demonstrating leadership and skill on the court. Melina also competes with the Sunshine Volleyball Club ‘s 16 LA team, where she continues to hone her abilities as a setter and defensive specialist. I’m really excited to be able to showcase my abilities at the SLC showdown! I am eager to have fun and make countless memories with my teammates, along with getting wins! My focuses game time wise for this tournament would be to have fun, be dialed in, and most importantly to have drive. I am ready to have competitive and exciting games!”
