Her touch, accuracy, and ability to get to balls that most setters wouldn’t even attempt give Fayetteville a chance to stay in system when a play starts to break down.

My play of the day came from Miller. She came flying from the right-side area, slid to keep a ball alive, and somehow threw up a one-handed set all the way to the outside for a kill. I honestly couldn’t tell you who put the ball down because I was still trying to figure out how Molly got there, much less delivered a hittable ball.

It was no surprise that the number one player in the Prep Dig class of 2028 lands at a top division one program. Molly has established herself as one of the top playmakers in the country. Through her freshman and sophomore years, Miller amassed eye popping stats. 1,214 assists (6.1 Ast/S), 337 kills, 537 digs and 86 aces in 198 sets played. That is a career for most setters. For Miller, she is just getting started. She controls the game from the setter position. She can run quick-tempo with her middles, cross court sets to her outsides, precision back sets to her right-sides as well as defend the net and her setter dumps are a thing of beauty.

She is also a member of the Ozark Jrs 16 Premier squad that was the best in the state this season.

National recognition has followed her production. Miller has been named an AVCA Phenom, earned MaxPreps All-American honors, was selected to the Prep Dig Arkansas 15s Dream Team, and has consistently been recognized as one of the top players competing in Arkansas’ largest classification.

Miller demands the front row tempo every time and does it effectively. Her high volleyball IQ, combined with athleticism and raw grit, makes her a difficult player to defend. When she’s in the front row, she’s a force on both sides of the ball, constantly putting pressure on opposing defenses and blockers. She has a strong left-handed swing and used it several times on second-ball attacks to catch defenses off guard and force them out of system. She pulls blockers without doing much because teams recognize the talent and shiftiness she brings to every play. Her presence alone changes how opponents defend.

Miller has an amazing connection with her middles. She does a great job at giving her attackers an open net to swing on. She sees where the block is set up and sets accordingly. She has big energy which has given her team huge momentum. She also does a great job at pushing the set out to the pins.
