This is a first for me—-a 5’7” middle getting a write up from yours truly. First off, she’s probably not going to play middle in college. That being said, her speed, jumping ability and overall athleticism is sneaky good, and she has (and will continue to) beat unsuspecting middles thinking she’s not going to get the ball because of her size. I like the arm swing, her foot speed, her transition to attack and her fire. She’s going to end up as a pin hitter for a small school somewhere, but knowing that she’s been beating bigger kids her whole career has promise.
