Foslien seems to make big jumps in the rankings each season. She simply has a won factor when she gets ahold of the ball. Foslien is also a great defensive player who reads the play like a book. She not only packs a serious punch but she is really smart with her shot selection. At the net she stays aggressive and isn’t afraid to smoke the line in a tight match.

had a monster game for West Central Area in a 3-1 win over Melrose.
Foslien posted a double-double of 22 kills and 22 digs. She also stuff Melrose at the net with three blocks.
She’s in control around the net whether going for a kill or blocking a kill attempt. Foslien meets the ball quickly on blocks, and she has excellent power on her kills.
The Knights senior recently broke the school’s kill record with her 904th career kill on September 21.
