Being an example on and off the court of supporting my teammates and caring about others. Motivating others by always putting in 100% in practice and matches. Respectful communication to players, coaches and parents. Lifting people up with encouraging words and being grateful when others help me.

Being a multi-sport athlete challenges me to manage my time well and to eat and sleep well to stay healthy.
