Blake has been a key player for the NPJ Salem 17-1 National team this club season, and her play at USAV Nationals, as the team competes in the 17 National division, will be needed. She can swing from anywhere on the court and is fed the ball often. With a quick arm and a high reach on the ball, she proves hard to defend. Her volleyball IQ and ability to place the ball where defenders aren’t is noted, utilizing a roll shot to the middle of the court for an easy point.

Hitting outside for NPJ Salem 17 National, Blake is an unstoppable force from the left pin. Blake is quick on transition, and with an explosive, aggressive approach, big vertical, and hammer of an arm, Blake consistently buries the ball. She can also hit off speed effectively to score, and she’s not afraid to use the block in front of her to her advantage.

Another West Albany outside hitter, Blake is a super athletic player who has a ton of potential to become an absolute weapon all around. Blake earned Mid-Willamette all-league honorable mention accolades this past season. On her NPJ 16-1 National team, she dominated from the front row, using her hammer of an arm, her explosive approach, and her height to bury the ball frequently. Blake will be one to follow over these next two years.

With a quick arm swing, an efficient approach, and impressive versatility around the court overall, Blake was a force from both pins, able to put the ball away consistently. On defense, Blake was steady, putting up excellent passes to keep her team’s offense in play.

With the ability to be terminal from both pins, she is an offensive threat to the group. Putting up a big block and the ability to swing lots of angles, she makes for a solid option on the right side.
