About Natalie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Heads up, coachable, intelligent player. Hustles to the ball. Loves to handle the second ball, hence why setting is preferred but loves to play volleyball.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Very much a goldfish mentality, next play. Can be her own worst critic after games, but it helps motivate and focus. Very kind hearted personality. Competitive and hates to lose. Team player, wants to see others excel.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Not really anything organized. Pretty much is the neighborhood/friends of parents co-workers pet sitter. Loves all things golden retrievers or puppies.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Teamwork & leadership have developed from playing club volleyball last year and this year. Being with different players than your school team allows for variation in playing styles and attitudes/personalities which helps develop traits for future.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have not. But my older sister, you name it and she went through it. And watching her, she is my mentor so to speak. Seeing her handle these things and how she did it, has inspired me and helped me learn.

What type of college are you looking for?

I have a strong faith, so a Christian college experience would be good. I want to develop my volleyball skills while also growing as a person and gaining my degree for my future. I want to have fun and would prefer to experience a post season level type program on whatever level that is.
