About Nora

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I play at a fast pace utilizing my jumping ability to defend at the net and block while my quick feet allow me to get off the net and transition into hitting position. I’m also a versatile player. I can play all the way around, passing and setting from the back row while hitting in the front row from both the middle position and right side.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a driven and competitive player who’s always looking for ways to improve. I approach every opportunity with a growth mindset and genuinely value constructive feedback from my coaches. During games, I learn from my mistakes while staying focused and quickly moving on to the next play. I also love having fun with my teammates and seeing them succeed.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

-Fellowship of Christian Athletes -Brady Rosa spirit of sportsmanship award -band

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’m the youngest of 4 children which has taught me patience, sharing, working together, and determination. I attended a faith based K-8 school where I learned about Christ, leadership, and the importance of serving my community.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have a brother who is a year older than me, is disabled, and has faced significant medical challenges since birth. This has shaped my character around being thankful for all of the opportunities God has given me. I have learned from my brother the challenges and hard times that life can throw at you and how to adjust and deal with them.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking to pursue a bachelor of science degree.
