Pinckney was crucial on first contact and really stabilized Marshall’s serve reception. She defined the role of a Libero on Saturday as being steady and stable for the Tigers. Pinckney preps at Marshall where she ruled the varsity back court in the libero jersey as Marshall once again earned its way to the state tournament. Pinckney is an excellent backrow player as she reads the ball well, creates great angles with her platform, and has precise footwork. She is constantly moving around the court to cover attackers and pick up those carefully placed tips and pushes. Pinckney will be one to watch this season as she takes her talents to Southwest MN Volleyball .
