Norah Hany Norah Hany 6'1" | MB Johnston | 2026 State IA is heading for the sunshine.  Florida Tech is located in Melbourne, Florida where they advanced to the NCAA D2 National Tournament in 2024.  Norah Hany Norah Hany 6'1" | MB Johnston | 2026 State IA is a middle blocker for PowerPlex 17 Wieland and preps at Johnston.  At 6’1, Hany has the length and athleticism to make an impact on the front line.  She has been a standout at Prep Dig Showcases and is always someone the other side of the net needs to know about with her ability to find the open court and close the block. 

Hany is ranked as a Top 50 player in the state’s 2026 Class by Prep Dig. She has a case to be ranked higher with her play this club season. She’s grown in height and sharpened her skills to become more consistent. Hany hung tough with the talent in the 2025 Windy City NQ as a powerful two-way middle. In addition to height and length at the position, she’s agile and athletic. While colleges should already being taking notice, there’s room here for even more improvement

Norah Hany Norah Hany 6'1" | MB Johnston | 2026 State IA out of Johnston High School and Iowa PowerPlex will be one to watch from the Class of 2026 out of the middle position.  She has been a standout at the Prep Dig showcase series in Iowa and has shown that she can hit for power and placement, being very efficient.  At 6’1, she has the length and size to go toe to toe with other top middle blockers and is someone who is a next level player.  She will be playing for Iowa PowerPlex 17 Wieland which has a lot of uncommitted 2026 talent who college coaches will be sure to watch this season.
