Nya’s versatility is next-level. Her ability to swing from anywhere — left, right, or even middle — made her a threat that defenses couldn’t prepare for. Her stealthy movement and sky-high vertical gave her the edge to dominate in both front and back row. Add in her smooth back-row attacks and positive court presence?… A highlight reel in motion. A fearless swing from every zone. Her versatility and control makes her lethal. She swung from every angle and lifted her team with energy, and her back-row attack is as lethal as her front-row fire. She smiles through every set, keeping her team lifted while delivering kill after kill. ~ Samantha Fitzgerald @benchtobeast

Nya plays with calm confidence, allowing her to stay composed in fast-paced situations. She is a hard worker in both serve receive and offensive execution, showing strong discipline in her approach and shot selection. She can score in multiple ways, whether hitting with power, tooling the block, or finding open court space. Her ability to adapt mid-play and make smart attacking choices makes her a reliable offensive weapon. ~ Michelle Bamford @Coachable247

I really enjoyed watching Nya on the court. She brought an energy to the team and was instrumental in the third set in an upset win over the pool’s top seed Huntington Beach. Nya uses a high contact point to drive the ball through the holes in the block and consistently delivered big swings when needed. Nya was also comfortable swinging from both pins and attacked out of the back row with controlled aggression. She was also active in running some combination sets and her approach kept her behind the ball to maximize weight transfer through the ball. I observed her during another match where she was on the bench and she was the player leading the cheers. She re-entered the match while they were down, and made an immediate impact stabilizing serve/receive and converting her attempts into kills.
