Guld has experience in running both a 5-1 and a 6-2 at all levels and this works because she plays much bigger and has a really strong all around game from playing for a small high school and getting a lot of opportunities to take care of multiple positions. Guld has also improved her all around game by playing a lot of beach doubles over the years. This has been a catalyst in her volleyball IQ and ability to strategize in the game as well.

Guld is one of those really quick, athletic, graceful players that comes out of nowhere. Just when you think a ball is dead she is suddenly there turning it into a big play. Her hands are soft and quick and she really works a variety of sets to different players making her offense really hard to predict. No matter where she makes that 2nd contact she somehow delivers a hittable ball to her attackers.
