Phynix brought nonstop communication and high energy that kept her teammates hype and focused. She said she loves being loud and drawing attention to help keep her side connected, and that enthusiasm made her one of the most influential voices on the court. Phynix is working to improve her passing form and stay lower on defensive moves, and she showed determination in extending rallies with strong effort plays.

Her goal this season is to step out of her comfort zone and make that her new home, and she did exactly that in this showcase. She competed with personality, pride, and culture. Phynix also shared that she is Afakasi Samoan and a big Michelangelo fan from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a fun detail that matched the joyful spark she brings to the game.
