Anthony Jones | Prep Dig Scout
A very important part of Storm’s offense, Farnes showcased her high vertical, explosive approach, and quick arm swing this entire weekend. Her crosscourt swing and ability to see holes in the block set her apart from many of the other hitters at the tournament. She remained aggressive and was not afraid of using the block if it was in front of her.

Summer NIT gives Presley Farnes exactly what she is looking for: exposure, elite competition, and an opportunity to see how her game stacks up against some of the strongest teams in the country. The Arizona Storm pin hitter is excited to compete in the Power Pool and test herself against high-level opponents while helping her team showcase its competitive spirit and ability to have fun while competing.
At just 14 years old, Presley understands that her recruiting journey is still in its early stages. Off the court, she describes herself as a good friend and teammate who is continuing to learn more about the type of college environment that will eventually be the right fit. What she does know is that confidence and accountability matter. Her advice to younger athletes reflects the mindset she brings into every opportunity: hold yourself accountable even when nobody is watching because that’s often what separates good from great.

made one of the biggest jumps in these rankings, and it’s a direct reflection of the work, determination, and grit she showed throughout the club season. Over the past several months, we watched her truly come into her own as an outside hitter, growing into a dominant front-row presence and consistently impacting matches offensively.
What stood out most was the growth in her confidence and overall court presence. She began playing with more assertiveness, composure, and belief in her game, and it translated into stronger performances every time we watched her compete.
Presley has an incredibly bright future ahead of her, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll make at the high school level in Arizona. She’s absolutely a player trending in the right direction.

Presley was an impressive presence on the pin all weekend long. Impactful from both the left and right side, she consistently found ways to score — whether it was tooling the block, beating high hands, or exploiting seams. Her vertical allows her to play above the net, and she uses it with confidence.
What truly separates Presley is her net game. She doesn’t just jump — she presses. Her blocking form is picture-perfect, sealing space with strong hands and disciplined technique. It’s extremely difficult to hit through her because she’s intentional with every move. Nothing about her game feels accidental or rushed — she reads, reacts, and executes.
A high-IQ attacker with a strong presence at the net, Presley impacts both sides of the ball in a big way.
