The recent UC-Riverside commit jumped from #12 to #5 in our latest rankings. Rachel had a stellar junior year, finishing as a 5A state runner up with Coronado and winning third place in the 17s gold bracket with her club team at Nationals. She has excellent hands, high volleyball iq and orchestrates the offense at an elite level. She has already committed to Top Flight 18 National Black team, so we will get a chance to watch her for the next 8-10 months before she becomes an official Highlander.
