About Rebecca

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Calm and direct. Ready to quickly make offensive decisions. Turning any pass into a hittable set.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a team-first player. I have been setting since I was 10 years old. It is extremely important to me that I have a good working relationship and connection with all of my teammates.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have an academic letter for being in the top 10% of my class my first year in high school with a 4.5GPA. I am a part of Key Club on campus at my school and have coached with Unified Sports.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have been captain of my team every season that I have played volleyball. I have been floor captain and have effectively communicated with refs and coaches to advocate for my teammates. I have coached for Unified Sports assisting with our Exceptional Students in a soccer tournament. I recieved co-offensive player of the year as one of the only Freshman on my JVA team at school.

What type of college are you looking for?

I want to teach and coach when I grow up. So I really want to get my Bachelor's Degree in early education. I would love to play volleyball at the next level and would love to go out of state as well.
