Schmitz is an impressive defender in terms of speed, reading the ball, and technique. She gets the balls most would assume dead and she reads hitters like a book. Schmitz makes some crazy good digs while also being solid in serve receive. And if you are looking for your hype-woman, look no further because she is a super supportive teammate on the court. The communication is constant with her setters and attacker whether they are on serve receive, offense, or defense.

Riley is an energizer on the court. She is a clean platform and is confident on defense and serve receive. She gets her feet to the ball and is a great communicator. Riley is a natural leader on the court. I remember at the Top 250 Expo, and she hopped right on the court for a demonstration despite being the in the youngest age group there. She is a player to watch in this class.

Riley was very effective out of middle back and was clearly a leader and team player throughout the tournament. She is a player to watch in the class of 2026.

Riley is a lights out libero. She is aggressive, consistent, and an energizer on the court. Her confidence is contagious and she goes all out on every play. At the Top 250 Expo Riley jumped right on the court to demonstrate and was nearly unstoppable for the entire expo. She has the potential to be an elite libero and is an athlete that will gain a lot of experience this club season.
