How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m a team-first player who works hard and competes every time I step on the court. I like to bring energy, encourage my teammates, and do whatever I can to help my team win. I’m always trying to learn, get better, and make an impact wherever I’m needed.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I am hardworking, competitive, and team-oriented. As the oldest of seven kids, I’ve learned to be responsible, patient, and always think about what’s best for our family. That has helped me in sports because I understand the importance of supporting my teammates, putting the team first, and leading by example. I enjoy learning, taking on challenges, and pushing myself to be the best version of mys
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Outside of sports, I have been involved in dance through the Polynesian Cultural Center and Siva Samoa Academy. I enjoy participating in church and community activities and spending time serving others. Being part of a large family has also taught me leadership, responsibility, and the importance of helping those around me.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have developed leadership, teamwork, and communication skills through sports, family, and community involvement. As the oldest of seven kids, I have learned to lead by example, be responsible, and help others. Volleyball has taught me how to work with a team, stay positive, and support my teammates, while service opportunities have helped me understand the importance of giving back to others.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Coming from a small town, opportunities can sometimes feel limited, so I have learned to step outside of my comfort zone and take advantage of opportunities when they come. Balancing school, sports, family responsibilities, and travel has also taught me time management and perseverance. What type of college are you looking for?
I am looking for a college that feels like a family, where I can continue playing volleyball at a high level while getting a great education. I want to be somewhere that values hard work, teamwork, and personal growth. I am open to different locations and excited for the opportunity to experience new things and meet new people.
