How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

On the court I can make quick decisions and have very fast reflexes when responding to balls. When Setting I like to develop strong relationships with my hitters, to better understand what type of sets will make them most effective. While playing defense, I can quickly read the court and determine where the hitter’s balls will come and where to place the pass so that the setter is effective.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Many would say when they first met me I am a bit shy, however, I warm up quickly. While playing I am extremely focused on the game reading the players and trying to visualize ball placements of the hitters. I am strong mentally and am able to shake off losses and bad plays and trust my training.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Although I may not be the strongest and loudest leader, I believe a good leader and teammate also knows how to follow. I will be your biggest cheerleader on and off of the court and in life in general. I am consistent and eager and willing to learn. I bring my 100% authentic self to the court and game daily and feel that is one of the most important characteristics of a good teammate.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

As a smaller setter I am often overlooked based on my size, however, once on the court most notice that I am able to effectively do my job. Playing as a defensive specialist aids in my ability to successfully play defense as well as set.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a small/medium size school that offers majors in Computer/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics. I am open to all divisions and conferences.
