Pound is ranked at 49th overall in the class and 13th among the 2027 outsides. The rising senior from Eastlake High School has a well-rounded game; she is a confident defender and passer from the middle back spot and has the offensive game to score from the pins and the pipe. Pound will be an excellent six-rotation passing outside for the college team that makes her part of the program.

The six-rotation stand out from Eastlake helped her WVBA 17 Adidas team to a second-place finish at the Emerald City Classic- a terrific result for the squad in their hometown tournament. Pound is a skilled all-around player with size and a feel for scoring; she plays hard defensively and is well-coached at WVBA. She has a chip game she can break out when defenses are on their heels- she is accurate and drops it just out of reach for easy kills.

Pound is playing tough in serve receive for WVBA 17 Adidas, and her reliable swing continues to rack up kills from anywhere on the floor. The Eastlake prospect will call for and crush a D ball from the right back, giving WVBA 17 Adidas another offensive wrinkle. Pound will improve any college program’s gym when she arrives on campus.

Pound is a 5’10” OH with a heavy arm swing, and she can drive the ball through a block. She torched opponents with a crafty mix of off-speed shots, using a power toss to the corner, a high contact chip, and a tip she dropped to the sideline or the middle, depending on the defense. Pound is accurate; she has the confidence to rip or tip to the line and the hard angle, making it hard for defenders to read her when she is attacking.
