We documented her breakout junior year with Lincoln Southwest as Harding entered the starting lineup and helped the Silver Hawks win a state title. Her next stop is Nebraska ONE , a club that has been incredibly successful with outside hitters like Harding. Lincoln Southwest’s biggest 2023 stock riser gets one more mention. Harding elevated her game at the perfect time, as LSW sought some new leaders after graduating many of its veteran pins. This dynamic outside hitter was the ideal fit for Southwest’s up-tempo offense. Harding got on top of the ball quickly and was so efficient at working seams in the block. It’s only fitting that this special individual season ended with the greatest team accomplishment in Silver Hawk history: a Class A volleyball title.

We had previously identified this Lincoln Southwest outside hitter as instant standout from this year’s LPS Volleyball Invite, where the Silver Hawks notched a runner-up finish. Harding’s smooth approach and quick arm give LSW a brilliant scoring outlet on the left side, and these skills ought to shine again when the Silver Hawks march toward the postseason.

We’re in awe of how quickly Harding has rocketed to prominence with Lincoln Southwest. The Silver Hawks had some question marks on the pins heading into the season, but Harding’s brilliant play has muted any reservations about frontcourt firepower. Harding is an incredibly fluid hitter whose step-close is ideal for out-of-system situations. The junior standout is finding her stride at the right time with LSW having unfinished business in the postseason.

What a huge weekend for Harding. The experienced outside hitter was a can’t-miss terminator for the Silver Hawks last weekend. Harding’s style is perfectly suited for the up-tempo offense that LSW operates so well. She can work around opposing blockers down the line or in the seam. Harding will find a way.

Look out for Nebraska ONE 16 Black’s pack of multi-talented hitters. Harding has found her stride in 2023 with a wealth of solid performances, including ones at GJNC. The Lincoln Southwest prep athlete has an excellent rhythm on her approach and can consistently hit at the peak of her jump. This yielded swings that were tough for opposing teams to stop throughout 16 Black’s stay in Chicago.
