Jung has held steady as one of the top DS/L in the class of 2025, according to the PrepDig Oregon rankings. Having battled concussions throughout her prep journey, getting to see Jung in action the entirety of her club season was exciting to watch. Her defensive prowess makes attackers’ jobs incredibly difficult, as not much hits the floor when Jung is on the court. The calm demeanor she takes the court with aides in her teammates entrusting Jung to lead the backcourt.
Jung is currently not committed to a collegiate program.

Jung is the libero for OJVA 17-1. At Regionals, Jung showed how consistent and reliable she is along the back row, making solid first touches to keep the ball in play. Jung is also a great passer on serve receive, and she remained calm and collected on defense over the weekend.

Jung has returned from injury like she never left. Having to sit out a good chunk of high school season, she has taken the reigns as the primary libero for OJVA 17-1 Gold. She exhibits lots of confidence on serve receive to take up a lot of the court, putting up settable balls consistently. She showcases great defensive quickness and range on defense, keeping a controlled platform on tough swings.

Returning to the court after recovering from a concussion is Jung, a defensive specialist/libero for OJVA 17-1. Jung is super fast and flies around the court with ease, fearlessly digging anything that comes her way. It will be fun to see how Jung performs this season.

Jung has been leading this group since 12s when she started with the club in 5th grade. There is no doubt she will be a steadfast anchor for the backrow of 16 Gold. She is a technically sound athlete in every aspect of her game. On serve receive she is reliable and consistent. On defense she is smart and speedy. Also, Jung brings a calm and positive demeanor to the court. Assuming the backrow is run similarly to the past two seasons, Jung and Longaker will be splitting libero jerseys.
