ONeil is the trifecta of liberos. She is quick, controlled, and efficient which allows her to consistently impact the game. In addition, she also possesses excellent court awareness and defensive discipline. She anticipates the ball well, moves efficiently, and delivers controlled, accurate passes in serve receive. She is simply difficult to score against.

ONeil is an impressive, scrappy libero. She was all over the court and made several, one handed saves. This was due mainly to her quickness but also her great reading skills. She picked up everything – dumps, tips, balls coming off the block, etc. In addition, just about every free ball that came across the net was handled by her, regardless of where it was going. ONeil is definitely going to be one to keep tabs on as her volleyball career continues.
