Meade put out consistent and steady play throughout the event. She makes sound decisions on the court, involving a number of hitters. Meade makes sound out of system passes so hitters can take huge swings and mixes in a deceptive set-over to give opponents something extra to consider. Meade has outstanding touches on her sets as the result of not locking her arms. She’ll only improve with more repetitions.

Meade displayed a steady and intelligent game, standing out as one of the most promising setters on the court. She was very creative when working in system and ran a fast-paced offense when she could, setting against the flow with tremendous accuracy. One of the first things that got my attention in Meade’s game was how well she dealt with passes off the net, quickly getting to it and showing impressive accuracy when she had to bump set. She also played as a right side hitter during some drills and used her excellent vision to put the ball down at a solid rate.
