About Stella

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay is defined by focus, hustle, and teamwork. I stay locked in throughout every match, keeping my energy high and attitude positive no matter the score. I communicate clearly with my teammates, and always look for ways to improve each play. Whether I’m hitting or passing I stay composed and determined, making smart decisions to benefit my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mindset is built around the belief that my mistakes don’t define me—they’re simply opportunities to grow. No matter the score, I’m known for staying positive and encouraging those around me, and always keeping my energy up. During games, I stay determined, giving my full effort from start to finish while keeping a strong, optimistic attitude that helps lift up my team.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I used to be extremely quiet on the court, often letting others take the lead in communication. Over time, I’ve grown more confident in my voice and realized how important communication is in volleyball. Now, I’ve opened up and have become a vocal player. I’ve gone from being quiet to even over-communicating, showing how much I’ve grown as both a player and a leader.
