“Coming from my experience preparing for a big tournament like this is staying healthy, staying uplifted, making sure I’m training almost everyday, getting to know my teammates better on and off the court and loving the game no matter how you’re feeling whether you think you’re playing good or bad but to just enjoy every minute of it. I also make sure that I’m constantly taking a step forward each day as we get to Triple Crown for instance watching film or working out or even meditating for me helps for anything.”

is a lefty power hitter who plays with complete confidence. Her natural arm swing as a left-handed player on the right side can get right through a block. Unlike a right-handed hitter, her swing does not have to cross over her chest. Sunni gets high in the air to block at the net. She has a high volleyball IQ in knowing how to place the ball or what type of attack needs to be delivered to score. She goes hard in her position and battles at the net on offense and defense.
