How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style is controlled, confident, and leading defense on the court. I am a fierce defender with a high volleyball IQ and I am especially strong in serve receive, out-of-system setting, serving, and is becoming highly proficient setting with my hands—adding versatility and value to every lineup I am apart of.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Mentally, I am strong, competitive, and resilient. I practice positive self-talk before, during, and after competition, and I am intentional about developing my leadership skills. I am a Self-motivated, disciplined, team oriented student athlete with ambition to succeed and lead.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m in a organization called PALS which stands for peer-assistance learning strategies.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My work ethic and coachability reflect my desire to continually grow and contribute at the highest level, while bringing consistency, leadership, and accountability to the teams she is apart of. I lead with energy on the defensive end and takes pride in being a steady presence on the court.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One of my most formative experiences came during an earlier club season where I spent significant time on the bench. Instead of becoming discouraged, I embraced the opportunity to support my teammates, grow emotionally, and sharpen my hunger to improve. That season strengthened my resilience, perspective, and determination to never take opportunities for granted.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am seeking a highly competitive academic and athletic environment where I can be challenged, developed, and pushed to reach my full potential. I bring a team-first mindset, relentless work ethic, and passion for the game and plan to be a valuable addition to any collegiate program.
