The sophomore outside hitter was also very active offensively, delivering a solid performance at the net. Mitchell used her length extremely well to beat Manvel’s blockers and also managed to find nice angles when she had multiple opponents in front of her. The outside hitter was also very resourceful and steady during the match, making very few errors and finding solutions to difficult situations. Mitchell also did fine with her passing, handling most of the serves that went her way efficiently.
