Tatum processes hitter tendencies quickly and arrives in passing position before most players her age have even finished reading the serve, giving her team a genuine back row anchor they can count on in critical moments. She also brings energy and competitive edge to every rally, staying vocal and engaged between plays rather than waiting passively for the ball to come to her. Coming out of Spike and Serve, an 18-time national championship program with deep roots in developing college-bound players, she is being trained at the level her talent deserves.
