Good setters can be difference-maker for their teams and that’s certainly the case with Polivka at Excel 18 National Red. A playmaker with excellent technical skills and a very high volleyball IQ, she keeps the team ticking offensively with her consistent locations and intelligent distribution. Polivka is one of those players from who coaches always know what they’re going to get and, in her case, it’s an excellent production and strong leadership. She also makes some impact with her blocking and plays excellent defense.

The talented senior setter has led Keller to their second-straight State Tournament appearance with her excellent play. One of the top playmakers in the entire state, Polivka has been in excellent form this season and her guidance and production have been huge for the Indians. The setter has tallied impressive numbers with her assists (1,256 and counting), but has also been effective in other areas, leading the team in aces (62) and ranking second in blocks (71) and fourth in digs (284).

One of the top setters in the entire state, Polivka has been having a brilliant senior season with Keller. An excellent ballhandler and a very intelligent prospect, she has good size and the skills to contribute in other areas of the game. Polivka has tallied 786 assists so far, averaging nearly nine per set, and has also produced 68 kills, 40 aces, 47 blocks and 191 digs.
