She is the definition of a steady and reliable back row defender who brings consistency to every phase of the game. What immediately stands out is her platform control and ability to deliver clean, accurate passes that keep her team in system. She reads the game extremely well and positions herself early, allowing her to make plays look effortless. Her defensive range is impressive as she moves fluidly across the court and reacts quickly to attacks. She also shows great composure in high pressure situations, which is a key trait for any elite libero. Her leadership in the back row helps organize the defense and gives her teammates confidence. Carley is the type of player every top team needs anchoring their serve receive and defense.
