MVP 16 Blue is a new team coming to the Badger Region Qualifier. In my time at Prep Dig, MVP was typically a JVA/AAU national team. This year they will be in the hunt to get a bid to USAV Nationals in Indianapolis come late June. This is a really strong group of 2028s (and 2029) where they are a team others need to know. One of the top players is

. I was able to first see her at the Northern Lights Qualifier as a 15s last season. She has such an all around game where the more she’s involved, the better the outcome will be for MVP. This will be an exciting weekend for MVP as a club where they have potential to make some history.

Whitney is a player whose impact on the court cannot be understated. She has a high contact on the ball and a quick snap. Whitney moves the ball around with quick precision and is almost surgical with her shot selection. That being said, she makes great adjustments in out-of-system plays and can utilize nearly any set to earn points. Whitney is a player I am excited to watch over the course of this club season and one who will likely only continue to impress at a high level.

last year for MVP 15s at the Northern Lights Qualifier and the JVA World Challenge in Louisville. This is always fun about the start of a “new” year seeing the progress that athletes make over a summer and high school season. Jahimiak will be a key point scorer for MVP where she plays with efficiency and is going to score a lot of points as well.

MVP
‘ last=”]’ last=”]’ last=”] 15 Blue. She has length and athleticism where she moves effortlessly on the court. She is a primary passer in serve receive where she is really strong with being able to make a first contact while transitioning into an attacker. She is also one who can score points out of the backrow. This was a really athletic team to watch this past Saturday where they don’t have a lot of weakness, they know how to compete and were going toe to toe with teams at the top of the 15 USA Division.

Jahimiak is a 2028 outside hitter with a ton of potential. She has an explosive approach, power, quick arm swing, and the ability to adjust her body mid-stride to terminate any ball that is sent her way. The range and reach she has at such a young age is quite impressive. I have seen her play a couple of times and am quite impressed with her ability to adapt to the block in front of her. Jahimiak has the potential to be a big time recruit as she continues to develop her game over the next couple of years.
