I watched Olsen compete last weekend at LOVB Fest in Madison. While she is a young right side (class of 2028), she has a big skill set. I was immediately impressed with her vertical, speed, reach, and the sheer force at which she attacks the ball. Olsen was also a force at the net..she had solid footwork, read well, and was able to stop many attacks. This young, right side is well on her way to making a name for herself.

Megan is a right-side who is a go-to hitter for her team. She is also the first line of defense for (typically) the strongest or highest volume attacker on opposing teams. Megan does an amazing job balancing two very key roles. She sets her block confidently and communicates well with her middles. Her block touches make all the difference for her defense behind her. On offense, Megan is lethal. She has an explosive approach, is disciplined in transition, and has a toolbox of shots she utilizes to earn points.

Megan is a powerhouse right-side hitter who can change the momentum of a game. She is fast, disciplined, and lethal with her swings. Her ability to swing around or over the block while making adjustments based on the set is fun to watch. Megan is a player hungry for the ball and wants to help her team on every point. She is a player to have on your radar in this class.

Megan impressed me on so many levels at the showcase. She is an athlete who can take massive rips on the ball but seems to make great choices with her placement at the same time. She was so impressive and is absolutely a player to keep an eye on in this class.
