The culminating event for the CEVA club season is the Regional tournament. Taking place at the Portland Expo Center across two days, hundreds of teams took the court to secure their final standing for the season. We were able to see some of the best athletes from Oregon and SW Washington compete and took note of the stellar performances we saw. We featured several of those athletes who impressed us over the past few weeks, bringing us to this final article.
Without further ado, here are the 2026 pin hitters who had standout performances.
Brewer, who recently moved up in the 2026 rankings to become the #4 recruit, was so fun to watch during Regionals. No matter where she is on the court, Brewer manages to make plays happen, giving whatever it takes and no matter how impossible the play appears. Brewer is an insanely athletic six-rotation outside hitter, and she uses her athleticism well to take an explosive approach and hit the ball hard.

Playing both on the outside and in the middle for the NW Elite 16-1 team was Bushore, who showcased her impressive physicality during Regionals. Bushore is super strong and has a fast arm swing from the outside, detonating on the ball consistently. When blocking, she presses well and gets up high. While Bushore’s specialty is hitting, she is also steady on serve receive.
As one of the two standout outside hitters on the OJVA 15-1 team, Cameron is a top notch, athletic player with a lot of potential. She utilizes an explosive jump and a quick arm swing to put the ball away, nailing both the cross court and line shots. She’s a smart player with excellent court vision, which she used expertly to see openings in the block and on the court during Regionals.

Foster showcased her insane athleticism during Regionals, including her impressive vertical and fast arm swing that she uses to hit the ball deep into the court. Foster, a six-rotation outside hitter on the NPJ Portland 16-1 team, was not just an offensive force for her team at the tournament, but was also strong on defense and serve receive, getting to balls quickly and rarely letting a serve or hit get past her.
Although Kincaid – the #3 recruit for the class of 2026 – just recently made the move from middle blocker to outside hitter, she has taken to her new position nicely and effortlessly. Kincaid is a solid player all around, and she was a weapon for her OJVA 15-1 team during Regionals. In the back row, Kincaid played solid serve receive and made several scoring opportunities for her team with her killer serve. From the front row, Kincaid used her height and quick arm swing to put the ball away frequently.
Mathis, the other NPJ Salem 15-1 outside hitter, is a powerhouse pin. She is so fast, taking a quick and smooth approach to place herself perfectly for any set. At Regionals, Mathis used her impressive vertical and powerful arm swing to hit around and through the block in front of her. During Regionals, Aspire NW 16-1 outside hitter Ordona played with passion and skill. Ordona is a six-rotation player, and she excels from anywhere on the court. While she is a bit undersized as an attacker, Ordona’s impressive vertical and quick arm swing help her hit against any block that she faces. At the tournament, Ordona was hitting the ball straight down and through the block, and used her craftiness well to make smart plays.
Ross, the #5 recruit for the class of 2026, is an offensive weapon for the Athena 16-1 team. Standing at 6’2”, Ross is a super physical player with a lot of strength. Throughout Regionals, Ross took on a huge offensive load for her team while Madi Andrews was out with a concussion. Ross handled that pressure well, using her powerful arm swing to put balls away consistently. From the baseline, Ross’s jump serve proved deadly. And, in the back row, Ross has improved her defense and serve receive game immensely, working toward becoming a solid six-rotation athlete.
