Bicknese was named to the 2023 Class A Showcase All-Tournament Team and you can find her playing with Vital 16-1 this season. She is going to be a stellar athlete to keep an eye on this season even while playing up an age group. Her serve receive is solid and she gets a lot of great defensive touches.
Highlights
Schulte is a big swing you’ll want to have on your watchlist while she plays for MN Select 15-1 this season. Her fundamentals and foundation are solid and only going to get better as her athletic skillset continues to grow. Schulte stands at 5’10 and can be lethal and productive on either pin.
Highlights
Schulz is an athlete that is constantly evolving as the game goes on. This is such an important aspect of an athlete that sometimes gets overlooked. She is competitive and willing to adjust the gameplan in order to win. This will make her an even more interesting prospect to keep an eye on.
Highlights
Anderson stands at 5’10 and currently takes swings on the outside pin for Kandi Elite 15-1s. She has plenty of time to perfect her all around skills and expand her already solid game IQ. Her height gives her an advantage for her age as well as her ability to connect with her setter.
Highlights
Sathre has a lot of tools to get the job done and the height to give her an advantage. I’ve mostly seen her on the outside so far and I think when it all comes together she will be lethal. She is currently doing a great job with out of system balls or using the opposing block to score points which I love to see from a young attacker.
Highlights
Nawrocki is a hidden gem a that could end up being a great find for a college program. At 6’1 she is setting and swinging on the outside and honestly, doing it all with skill, finesse, and power. She is a highly versatile athlete that she could play just about anywhere.
Inman is a competitive player and I could see her finding a way into a highly skilled Champlin Park roster in the fall. She will be one to watch as she gets more experience playing at a high level. Her fundamentals and foundation are strong and give her a great base to build off of.
Highlights
Vogt is a spitfire as well as a well rounded athlete that is getting stronger each time she steps on the court. I think this could be a really big season for Vogt to break out as a player to watch. She is springy, strong in transition and knows how to split the defenders with her attack.
Highlights
Biyadglign is super athletic and you can tell she is determined to learn and improve. She has the natural movement and finesse of the game as well as a natural desire to win. I’ve seen her with great footwork and quick hands as a setter as well as a wicked swing as an attacker.
Highlights
Howe stands at 5’10 and currrently plays as a middle blocker for MN Select 15-1s. She has a solid start with a high contact and wrist snap on top of the ball. You can tell she is really working on her slide approach and I love how much they are trying to utilize it.
