was a true head-turner at the M1 Invite, and Arizona State clearly saw something special. She attacked with purpose, combining power with precision to score consistently from the pin. Kacie’s placement was outstanding, allowing her to challenge defenders and force adjustments across the net. She plays with confidence and an edge that draws attention—not just from the crowd, but from opposing teams trying to slow her down. She was a crowd-drawer all weekend, and her presence alone elevated the level of play on the court. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas

Hitting efficiency is always tough to master, but Schulte was having a difficult time terminating against elite Class AAAA blocks to start as an underclassman. BUT… Her bounce-back has been remarkable. She has dramatically improved her court vision, vertical, and, in turn, increased her hitting percentage. Kacie is now a key factor in Maple Grove’s success, and she can be found punishing opponents from both the right and left pins.

, a 2027 standout, is rounding out the list with 108 kills this season, already establishing herself as one of the top-ranked players in Minnesota. As an outside hitter, Schulte combines power and precision, consistently finding gaps in the defense while maintaining a smart, controlled approach at the net. Her ability to swing in transition, tool blocks, and finish out-of-system plays makes her a reliable go-to option for her team.
Beyond her offensive numbers, Schulte’s volleyball IQ sets her apart. She reads blockers, anticipates the setter’s decisions, and knows when to tip, roll shot, or hit aggressively. Her well-rounded skill set and high-level awareness make her a player who can impact every rally and continue climbing as the season progresses.~Theresa @prepdigdakotas

Schulte was one of the most impressive attackers in the entire tournament. She was powerful, explosive and so dynamic to watch as she attacked from everywhere on the court. One of the main reasons that Schulte was so impressive was due to her agility and versatility. She managed to get her hand on anything and everything that was sent her way and routinely put down a powerful attack regardless of the ball’s location. She is one of those players that can always make something good happen.

Schulte is contacting the ball at an extremely high level and with her snap she is able to create some top spin. She makes it tough for defense to keep her attack in system. Schulte can terminate from anywhere on the net but she puts up a dominating block on against an opposing outside hitter.

Schulte could jump out of the gym if there wasn’t a roof to stop her. I love the crossing pattern she runs with the middle to take a monster swing out of the middle front. She comes flying in after transitioning out of serve receive and seems to soar over the opponent’s blockers. Line, cross, split, and anything else in between she can hit. I love the fact that she can contribute in all 6 rotations offensively and defensively.

Schulte is a right side for MN Select 15-1 where she can terminate from anywhere on the court. She is a big time leaper who can score points and be a really strong block where she is a mismatch for the other side of the net. As a right side, she is also capable of playing six rotations, consistent in serve receive and definitely an outlet to score points. MN Select 15-1 currently has a bid to USAV in Vegas in the 15 National Division. I was really impressed with this group at Triple Crown back in February and am looking forward to seeing their improvement live. This group has plenty of 2027s to get on campus this summer.

Schulte is a big swing you’ll want to have on your watchlist while she plays for MN Select 15-1 this season. Her fundamentals and foundation are solid and only going to get better as her athletic skillset continues to grow. Schulte stands at 5’10 and can be lethal and productive on either pin.
