After a strong high school season that ended in a trip to the final four, she didn't let up going into the club season. The big area of growth we've seen is her defense play in the back row. She has proven she can score but added that piece to her game elevates her value on the court. She went from 26 in our previous ranking up to 15. Her club team this spring is Mavs KC.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["493013"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"Germann saw her ranking go from 34 to 23 in our most recent update. The Missouri State volleyball commit helped her club, Alpha Omega Volleyball capture a bid to this summer's national championships. The 5'11u0022 pin has shown improvement this club season with court vision and shot awareness, which has increased her kill total during the tournament season. She is a hard-nosed competitor.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["178046"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"One if not the biggest jump in the rankings belongs to Chase. The 6'0u0022 pin from Carl Junction had a productive high school season and has followed that up making noise during the club season. This past fall she delivered 337 kills and showed she is a player you must identify on the court. This club season she has been a key component in helping CSDP out of Springfield earn a USA bid. She is a player not afraid to go at the block for tool kills but knows when to pull the string to the find the open spot on the floor. Chase went from 87-43.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["231739"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Jones made just as big a jump, going from 88-49 this week. The Alabama-Birmingham commit is a player we've talked about a few times this spring due to her improvement in her attack game. Jones has always been an above average blocker but now she sees the floor better and to utilize her improved shot selection. She is quick off the floor and a weapon offensively and defensively.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["219776"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"Rounding out our biggest jumps in the top 50 is Sallee from St. Teresa's and Mavs volleyball. She is an explosive pin who can terminate the ball against opposing defenders. She has shown the ability this spring to take power swings from both pins and is another player who has improved their blocking game. The passing game and her defense has taken a step forward. She enters the top 50 at 50, up from 64.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6647e5a7d2014"} /-->
