2027 Rankings Deep Dive: Ranks 1-10

She is such a dynamic athlete. Her volleyball IQ is through the roof, and she runs a smooth offense. Payton feeds her hitters fast tempo and precise balls. She is a leader in all 6 rotations and never misses a beat on the court. Her court vision is impressive beyond her age, and she will only continue to impress. Payton was one of only two freshmen to be named to the Division 1 All-State Honorable Mention. She does every aspect of the position so well. Her defense and serve receive are some of the best in the class, even among many of the liberos. Her approach is explosive, and she knows how to earn points. During the high school season, Aubrey was named 2nd Team All-State. She is a great defender and puts up a consistent block. Her talent impresses in every facet of the game, from her leadership and competitiveness to the placement of her sets and her offensive presence in the front row. You can hear the crack of her snap as she contacts the ball. And she can execute with power both in and out of system. Lucy has the potential to develop into a dangerous 6-rotation athlete. She takes up so much space in the back row, seemingly effortlessly. She never misses a beat on the court and has a clean platform with great angles. Her volleyball IQ is through the roof. She has enormous power on the pin but is smart in using recycle shots or off-speed shots when necessary. She can be really crafty when earning points, which keeps defenders on their toes. On top of her physical talent, her intangibles are amazing to watch. She is confident and a natural leader on the court. When she connects with the ball, there is an insane amount of force behind it. As she continues to develop in the sport, that swing will become unstoppable. Emilija is also very consistent in the back row. She is consistently a go-to hitter for any team she is on. She can execute in transition and out-of-system situations. Paige manufactures points on the court and is a high-level defender as well.
