Offensive Weapons from the Stock Up Showcase: Part 1

The awesome aspect of Showcases is there is very little downside to playing aggressively. There are no points; it's not a tryout, so why not swing away? Especially during the positional work, the middles and pins were just ripping balls, and it was impressive. When that transitions into gameplay, it shows even more skill.    Abby was a stand-out pin at the Showcase. No matter what drill she was doing, she was dominating it. She really found the balance between ball control and power so she could consistently execute and terminate the ball.     Olivia had a huge presence at the Showcase, and she is only going to continue to improve and turn heads. Her potential is sky-high, and she was showing just how much of an asset she can be on the court. She has power but also good court awareness. Olivia also put up a massive block.     Maggie only continues to impress me. Her discipline and fundamentals were some of the best at the showcase. She was always ready for the ball. Her blocking really set her apart from other middles, and she had some incredible swings as well.     Alianna is an up-and-coming pin hitter who definitely turned some heads at the Showcase. She has a high vertical and is smart and precise with her swings. Alianna is also a great defender and just an all-around talent on the court.     Grace is a pin with the potential to be a huge part of any team she plays on. She takes big rips and puts up a consistent and solid block. When she rotates through the front row, she has an impact on almost every play. Grace is also an energizer on the court.     Charlotte exploded onto my radar at the Prep Dig Gauntlet and impressed me again at the Stock Up Showcase. She is a powerhouse right side who adjusts very well on the court. Even on tough sets or out-of-system balls, Charlotte can confidently terminate.     Emma is another athlete who caught my eye during the club season. She is a smart pin who can play all six rotations. Emma showed those same skills at the Showcase, where she took big rips on the ball and was also a key player on defense.     Kaylee is a quick and springy pin hitter who has an impressive amount of power. Her approach is explosive and she has great timing and consistent contact on the ball. She is a player to watch in this class.     Camille never misses a beat on the court. She is an energizer, and her swings pack a punch. She knows how to terminate and can consistently manufacture points. At the Showcase, she showed her value as a six-rotation athlete, playing at a high level no matter where she was on the court.
