We’re heading out East where Charlotte Hayes Charlotte Hayes 6'0" | RS/OH Oconomowoc | 2027 State WI of Milwaukee Sting has recently given her verbal commit to Marist, a D1 school in New York part of the MAAC. This might be one of the more exciting conference schedules with trips to Niagara Falls, New York City, and all across New England. Hayes is a physical pin attacker who will bring plenty of power to the Red Foxes.

Now, she is primed to continue her dominance as the club season starts again. Charlotte is a powerhouse pin who is a solid blocker and dominates on the right side. She is dynamic enough to play across the net and fill multiple roles.

Although she got limited playing time as a freshman on varsity, she is one of the Racoons’ stat leaders as a sophomore. Charlotte is a dominant right side hitter who can impact nearly any play. Give her a set, good, bad, out of system, and she can rip a kill anywhere on the court. Her shot selection is impressive and her ability to put power on the ball no matter the angle is very tough to do. Charlotte (I believe) was also named to the All Tournament Team for helping lead Sting 15 Black to a 3rd place finish at nationals!

Hayes is part of the Milwaukee Sting 15 Black squad who is so fun to watch. They played in the Prep Dig Resolution opening tournament in January and took the 15 Open title. There is so much balance to this team and they aren’t afraid to make a smile and have fun on the court. One of the big time attackers on this team who can pack a punch on the right side is Charlotte Hayes. She hits a heavy ball and connects really well on a quick tempo behind the setter. With her skill set, this really allows Sting 15 Black to spread the defense and use their balanced offense.
