Wiebelhaus joined Bartholet at the setter spot to give 16 Red a reliable two-setter offense. The Millard West junior also brought unique contributions through her ability to hit in the front row. We got an early introduction to this Norfolk Catholic setter as she guided the Knights to the state championship match as a freshman. Since then, Wattier has expanded her range as a player who can run an offense or take big swings on the right side. This dual role has been prevalent during her club tenure with Nebraska Juniors, where Wattier remains an all-around star. Frandson earned valuable experience during last year's campaign, setting her up for future success with the Wildcats. Frandson has a knack for finding the hot hitter and keeping those players in rhythm with smooth, quality sets. The Bluehawks have state tournament potential this year, and it starts with VanSkiver dishing the ball at setter. Her experience with Nebraska Juniors has prepared her for the long haul of the high school season. VanSkiver also entered the spotlight at our Stock Up Showcase, where her versatility was immediately apparent.
