The athlete who rises above the rest and garners the most votes will be honored as our Player of the Week. Meet the Nominees
Hazel Williams just surpassed her 1000 Variety Career Assists in a game against major competition and is on track to break a long-standing school record. She has been featured in multiple organizations' watchlists of setters from the class of 2026 and was voted 2nd place in the Florida Times Union Poll for top volleyball athletes in this region. ITG Next Florida recently completed a Shifting Gears episode featuring her as a standout student-athlete for her school and club, JJVA. She was selected as student-athlete of the week for her school following these milestones, her second time receiving the honor.

Macie had 62 Kills on .500 Hitting %. She added 10 Aces, 10 Blocks, and 18 Digs during the 3 match week. During that same week, she achieved 1000+ Career Kills as a Varsity Hitter. The team improved to 13-2 during the week and look to continue the hot streak into this current week.

Kai should be nominated as she hit 500 career assists at her first home tournament on August 31, 2024. This was celebrated on Sept. 9th at home opener match! Lasts night game she came away with 32 assists! She is currently sitting at 590 career assists to date. She is a hard worker, determined and lefty setter that dominates the game!! She is just a junior and has lots of time left to keep grinding and going for big goals!! Also she has been using her VKTRY insoles and is loving what they are doing for her vertical!

Sophie continues to show up and support her team. This game was not the team's best and they didn't win, but Sophie's determination to continue to go after the balls and support her team is amazing. She is not afraid to hit the floor for balls with 16 digs for 3 sets.

Within the week of Sept 9-15, Sarah Kempf was honored for two separate milestone accomplishments. First, she was recognized in her home gym at Sacred Heart Academy for racking up 1,000 Varsity career assists in a top program in the state of KY. The second came after her team won the LIVT, hosted at Kiva in Louisville, KY, for the first time since 2016. Sarah was named the MVP of this highly respected tournament after playing teams from all over the country. Sacred Heart is currently ranked third in KY and 41st nationally. She is a true senior leader and competitor.

Ella Sikorski recorded her 1000th dig this past weekend (9/7/24). Ella is a four-year starting libero for the Regina Saddlelites. She was on the first round of names considered for Michigan's Miss Volleyball. As a junior, she was All Catholic, Macomb County All Defense Team, All Region, Second Team All State. As a sophomore, she was All State Honorable Mention, All County Defense Team, and All Catholic. She is also a three-year varsity basketball player. Two-year starter. All League as a junior. Lastly, she is a club soccer player, and is anticipating playing soccer collegiately.
On Friday, Sept 13th, Rilee reached 1000 career assists only 8 games into her sophomore season.
She is averaging a double-double, 31 assists, 12 digs and 3 kills per match.
Led her team this week to a 2-1 record that included a 38 assist and 22 dig performance in a 5 set loss.
Earlier this season, Legacy has defeated #6AA and #5A ranked opponents to open up the season.

Leading the league and team in blocks with a record 11 blocks in one match against NDA.
Leading the team in kill percentage and second on the team in total kills as a middle hitter.

Madison Harden
Madison, a Junior Setter at Floresville High School celebrated a couple of huge milestones this last week. Madison celebrated 2,000+ Assists & 500+ Digs.
Played 9 matches thus far, in the 5 matches of the Patriot Classic, Caleigh led her team to back to the back championship and won the tournament again this season. Led the Titans with 91 kills, 18.2 kills per match, 12. 8 digs a match, 2.7 over all passing. Last night led the Titans and sealed the deal in the 5th set with aces, kills and awesome digs to allow the titans the 15-8 5th set win. She has 22 kills and 24 digs and 3 aces, passed 2.5 just last night alone. As of season of 9 matches Caleigh has 145 kills ( 18.5 a match ), 15 aces, 152 reception's)16.8 serve receive passes a match) 128 digs- 14.2 a match. 9-0 for the Titans!
