Atonio did not get on our radar until last year, but she has continued to make an impression since then. After watching her standout play with Spiketown 16-1 National, we knew she deserved a spot in the top 20. For her club team, she ran a 6-2 with [player_tooltip player_id='268770' first='Julia' last='Slaughter'] and stayed in to attack on the right side. She oozes raw athleticism, which translates nicely to her role as both a setter and right-side attacker. Left-handed, the right side is a natural fit for her to swing from and allows her to be incredibly offensive when setting across the front row. Atonio displays strong hand strength to set the ball from great distances and set against the grain to keep opponents on their toes. She has a strong backset that she can locate well when running to the left. On the attack, she is explosive, with impressive leaping abilities.

Bernard has continued to make major strides in her game over the past year. After watching her shoulder a significant load for Spiketown 16-1 National this past club season, her skill could not be ignored. Rarely seen off the court, she was utilized as a six-rotation outside hitter. On the attack, she was fed often as a primary offensive weapon. With an aggressive step close, a quick arm swing, and good attacking range, she proved to be a lethal attacker from both pins and in the backrow. Her backrow capabilities have also significantly improved this season. Defensively, she makes top-notch reads on the ball, positioning herself well for the dig.

Slaughter reached new heights this club season with Spiketown 16-1 National, jumping 34 spots on the PrepDig Oregon 2026 rankings. For her club team, she executed a 6-2 with [player_tooltip player_id='503527' first='Kristina' last='Atonio'], and stayed in the front row to attack on the right side. When setting, she is diligent with her feet and has developed a clean jump set that she utilizes whenever possible. Her hand strength to push the ball to the pins was also noted. Standing at 5-11, she has the size and athleticism to run a 5-1 offense. However, when given the opportunity to attack, she shows off her hammer of an arm swing. Pulling her elbow back with great hip-shoulder separation, she displays great attacking range from the right side.

Trees spent the club season anchoring the backcourt for Aspire NW 16-1 Empire as their primary libero. Her play is athletic, dynamic, and fast. When on serve receive, she takes up a lot of court, exhibiting confidence in her ability to put up a solid ball. She is fast on her feet and makes productive movements to get her platform to the ball. Defensively, Trees is incredibly dynamic. She makes good reads on the attack to position herself well for the dig, but is able to quickly react and get a touch on balls outside of her zone. Her defensive range has grown substantially over the past year. From the service line she brings an aggressive and well-placed jump float that causes lots of aces and disruptions.

Stidham shouldered a massive load for the Rise VBC 17-1 Flagship team, leading the charge as their primary setter. Playing up as a sophomore with juniors, she stepped into this role with confidence, executing a 5-1 most of the season. During the club season, she developed good chemistry and connections with her teammates, aiding in her ability to run a fast offense. She established her middles early on and continued to get them involved in the offense often. Stidham is technically sound, getting her feet to the ball and putting up a clean, well-located set consistently. As a defender, she excels, anchoring right back.

Irish came into her own this club season with OJVA 16-1 Gold, shouldering a sizeable offensive load. She is dynamic and athletic, exuding raw physicality, moving around the court with speed and intensity. As a middle blocker, she is aggressive in transition, making herself available to setters with a quick pivot step and an explosive step close. She is hungry for the block, with a productive second step and a strong press into the court, she proves tough to attack around. Transitioning to the outside for high school season, I am eager to see how Irish adapts to this new role. Given her size, her recruiting ceiling may be higher as a pin, so this could be a good move for her.

Green dialed in on her ability to dominate from the right side this club season with Athena 16-1 Gold. Honing in on this position, she showcased an incredible amount of improvement, seeing a lot of court time in that role. With a heavy arm swing and good attacking range, she hammers the ball all over the court. She does an exceptional job setting the block, communicating well, and closing the block with the middle. This high school season, Green has flexed her versatility and is taking on an entirely new role: setting. She has been seen executing a 5-1 offense for the Mountainside Mavericks, doing so with confidence. Her ability to step into this new role highlights her team first mindset, willing to try something out of her comfort zone for the sake of the teams success.
