She knows how to find her middles and get them involved. Lowe does a nice job keeping her sets clean and giving her attackers plenty of opportunities.

I first saw Coequyt at the Class A Showcase and she caught my attention because it just seemed like she was creating magic. She is a lefty and when push comes to shove she is a gamer who knows how to get the job done. She exposes the split in the block, knows when to place a smart tip over the block and when to speed up her armswing to beat a slow blocker. Coequyt is definitely someone to keep an eye on.

Hegman hits low in the split of the block. She can push the ball off the blockers hands and out of bounds for an immediate point. Hegman can attack out of multiple positions and the other side of the net should know where she is at all times.

Ratajczak plays some really scrappy off blocker defense. She is athletic and knows what to do with the out of system ball. Ratajczak could prove to be a vital key for Minneota in the post season with her ability to better the ball and create a scoring opportunity.

Ellefson has lighting fast reactions at the net as a blocker and I can see why they put her on the right side. You can tell her team draws from her energy and court awareness. Ellefson is a solid communicator who help build a strong offense.

Kallberg lets the set direct her and she will hang a bit before taking the swing and slicing across her body. She also takes a really fast swing in the split to expose open court on the opponent's side. Kallberg has improved every time I've seen her take the court so I think you will see a lot more from her over the next club season as well.

Thooft is a smart attacker for RTR and has experience attacking from anywhere on the net. Thooft does a great job of finding the blocker's hands and working off them.

Hunter has a ton potential with her fast arm and explosive approach. She connects well with setter [player_tooltip player_id='230417' first='Izabelle' last='Keaveny'] and makes adjustments as the match goes. Hunter will be a key piece to Mayer Lutheran's success in the postseason if she utilizes her length and athleticism.

Baartman caught my attention when she took an aggressive swing out of right back at the Class A Showcase.
